Max Strength Better - Review by sherrie
i have used T5 and max strength before and thought they was really good, but these are not strong enough for me so i eat more and it does'nt really do nothing to help me lose weight. Back to the Max Strength then!!!!

A Great Helping Hand - Review by andrea
I started taking these tablets around 4 weeks ago and have, so far, lost a stone with very little excercise. over the last few days i have found that the effects have begun to wear off. As I am now very close to my target weight I have started going to the gym regularly to begin toning up and shift the last bit of stubborn weight, I have just ordered the T5 Super Strength and hope for a little more help from these with my work outs. The T5 Pink is a great product and I would recommend it to anyone as a helping hand to manage achievable goals

FINALLY SOMETHING THAT WORKS FOR ME! - Review by Sue
Have been taking these tablets for 2 weeks now and have lost 6lbs. I still have another stone to go. I have not been sticking religiously to a diet plan and haven't had time to exercise. Must start! I have had no side effects and found that my appetite is supressed during the day. Will continue taking these until I reach my target weight.

I dunno wots happening, i have tried the forza t5 max strength last year and it worked great, thought id try these as the max strength made me a little shakey, but i am feeling a lot more hungry!!! Iv eaten more in the last 3 days then i do in a week!!!
Why is this?!!
Forza says: Firstly, these are half the strength of the Max Strength so will not be as strong. Eating is not a problem, in fact it can often aid a diet. Please eat the correct foods when you are hungry and be responsible with the amounts you eat. Can I recommend you read our Diet Section on the bottom of the home page for some simple guidelines.

It's good after T5 - Review by Den
I was a big fan of the T5. Used it for about a year. I find this is good now I am nearer my target weight. I researched the product and it contains cromium which isn't in the Max T5. This stops the weight from fluctuating, especially at that time of the month. I like it, just wish all these things were cheaper but you get what you pay for. X DENY X X

Take 1-2 per day as a dietary supplement.
It is normal to expect the following effects (all effects will lessen after a few days as the body becomes more tolerant):
- Increased Energy.
- Slightly increased body temperature resulting in slight perspiration (palms, feet, etc).
- Shakiness, (present in all caffeine products) especially hands - this will only last an hour or two before dissipation.
- Nausea, if you are not used to high dosages of Caffeine (to prevent this, eat something and drink plenty of water).
- Hunger Suppression (if slight hunger is felt (usually after 1.5 hrs) then drink water, hunger will then pass).
Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. Consult a physician before using this product if you have, or have a family history of high blood pressure, heart, liver, thyroid or psychiatric disease, diabetes, anaemia, nervousness, anxiety, depression, seizure disorder, stroke or difficulty in urination due to prostate enlargement.
