Value Quality Price Should have stuck to these! My last order was the Adore Slimming Maintenance and I found they had very little effect on me. Within a fortnight of taking these I have lost 6lbs. They make me feel a little shaky as they are kicking in, but I find if I drink pleanty of water, my shakes subside and I am left with little or no appetite all day. I even feel mentally more alert. So far I have been getting through the day on 2 ryvita for lunch and an orange. I will definately stick to these in the future.
