Hiya, I am wondering if it ok to take the water flow tablets at the same time as taking the adore slimming complex tablets? I have been taking them both for the past 4 days now and they are working a treat! I have more energy and less appetite !

An Expensive Disappointment - Review by Sarah
I was originally using the T5 Super Strength, but bought these instead as I liked the fact that they suposedly target fat on your hips and thighs. So far, they have had no more effect on me than a strong cup of coffee would. I take one first thing in the morning (6.15am) on an empty stomach before going to the gym, and by half eight, Im starving. I have not experienced the energy boost I was hoping for, even after taking two, nor have they reduced my appetite in any way. An expensive dissapointment.
Forza says: These are the considerably less strong than the super strength, you cannot expect to go from the Super Strength to the Adore and find the same results. These are for 1st time Dieters/Slimmers.

Advice - Review by Rachel
Please can you tell me how well these work? Do they give you fast results? I need to shed a few stone, but for some reason my body has just stopped and i am struggling getting some of the weight off! I have started the gym etc and i am finding that i am toning up but i also want to lose weight not just tone up.
Will these help with my weight loss?

Make no mistake, this is a cracking product! The ingredients in this are just right to not only suppress appetite, but also to give me the energy to do well in an exercise class, without getting hungry afterwards. I have lost 1/2 a stone in a short period of time, because of this and it was EASY! This strength is just right for me, as I find the Max Strength just a bit too strong. Also, with this strength, I have the option of a second capsule after lunch. Highly recommend.

The feeling it gives... - Review by Charlie
Its my second day trying the T5's...ive realised i cant sleep at all when im on them. They give me a great positive feeling though, a bit spaced and give me a wierd feeling in my stomach but over all i can tell they are working. I feel like i haven't eaten in days as my stomache is shrinking & i dont feel hungry......
Forza says: Remember not to take them within 6-8 hours of sleep time, as a half strength they are still quite strong as they contain 100mg of caffeine. This will also cause the caffeine high you are experiencing, combined with the eph it is what stops your hunger. This is what they are designed to do. Good luck on your weight loss programme.

Take 1-3 per day as a dietary supplement
It is normal to expect the following effects (all effects will lessen after a few days as the body becomes more tollerant):
- Increased Energy.
- Slightly increased body temperature resulting in slight perspiration (palms, feet, etc).
- Shakiness, (present in all caffeine products) especially hands - this will only last an hour or two before dissipation.
- Nausea, if you are not used to high dosages of Caffeine (to prevent this, eat something and drink plenty of water).
- Hunger Suppression (if slight hunger is felt (usually after 1.5 hrs) then drink water, hunger will then pass).
Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. Consult a physician before using this product if you have, or have a family history of high blood pressure, heart, liver, thyroid or psychiatric disease, diabetes, anaemia, nervousness, anxiety, depression, seizure disorder, stroke or difficulty in urination due to prostate enlargement.
