How long will it take for my order to be delivered to me?

All orders are sent First Class via Royal Mail. We advise all customers it can take up to 3- 5 working days for delivery.

What do I do if I still have not got my order after the fifth working day?

Please contact us and let us know. You can either email us at support@forzagroup.co.uk or call our Customer Services Team on 0845 459 6140. We will investigate where your item is and re-dispatch your order if the item is ‘lost’ free of charge. Please also see our shipping/refunds policy.

How well do your products work?

What are the most common side effects of any of the fat burners?

All of our fat burners can contain up to 200mg of caffeine. You must take this into consideration when taking the tablets. Limit the use of caffeine-containing medications, foods, or beverages while taking this product because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and occasionally rapid heartbeat.If you are used to drinking 1 cup of coffee a day or less, then we advise only taking 1 tablet in the morning after eating breakfast – you must eat something before you take your first tablet and only take another tablet if you start to feel hungry before 3pm. After a short period, your tolerance to caffeine with build-up and you may end up taking 2 per day or the maximum which is 3 per day. It is very important to keep yourself hydrated at all times whilst using the fat burners, this will also help you to feel fuller, quicker.

Am I able to take Fat Burners and XLR8 at the same time?

Absolutely. We find that these two products work very well together. Take the fat burners as you usually would and take XLR8 30-40 minutes before doing any cardio.
