It is normal to expect the following effects (all effects will lessen after a few days as the body becomes more tolerant):

• Increased Energy.
• Slightly increased body temperature resulting in slight perspiration (palms, feet, etc).
• Shakiness, (present in all caffeine products) especially hands - this will only last an hour or two before dissipation.
• Nausea, if you are not used to high dosages of Caffeine (to prevent this, eat something and drink plenty of water).
• Hunger Suppression (if slight hunger is felt (usually after 1.5 hrs) then drink water, hunger will then pass).

Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. Consult a physician before using this product if you have, or have a family history of high blood pressure, heart, liver, thyroid or psychiatric disease, diabetes, anaemia, nervousness, anxiety, depression, seizure disorder, stroke or difficulty in urination due to prostate enlargement.
