I train 5 days a week most weeks and have been for around 18 months and yes I've put on alot of muscle but dieting has always been difficult. Therefore I thought I will give Forza T5's a go. Having read many good reviews, I thought why not try them and be committed with them.
I started on 1 tablet in the morning as instructed but I didn't feel the affect so I went straight to 1 at 7am then a 2nd at 8am and finally a 3rd tablet at 2pm. At first I was light headed but I kept my water intake coming which does help trust me!
Before I started taking these I cut alot out of my diet a week before to prepare myself. So out went biscuits, crisps, snacking between meals. Replaced with fruit. I stepped up my gym work i.e. more cardio based exercises to coincide with weight exercises.
Thats the best tip I can say, take them religiously, eat less and move more. Sounds simple but it is truly the best advice to give.
I have been taking these for a 3 weeks and have lost 12lbs so far!
If you gym it whilst on these (which I recommend), do exercises that tone the body as losing the weight (and you will) will only benefit you in the long run.
Not sure how long to leave it once you finish the 60 capsules....I've ordered more today as I finish my last tablets today.
